Look At Me Grow...

Well apparantly today I officially became pregnant. Now let me explain that, according to me I have been VERY pregnant from the first day of sickness, but unless I told people they were not aware of my pregnancy. Well someone informed me today that I now officially LOOKED pregnant! Wow...thanks...I guess! I mean I know it is supposed to be this way, but no woman is ever excited to hear that she is daily expanding.
I would like to say congratulations to myself for a second day of blogging! GO ME! Sorry past cheerleading flashback!
I would also like to use this blog moment to express my extreme hatred for insurance companies! What is the deal with these people. What is the point in paying a really high premium if they pay for NOTHING! I get bills for stuff and I am just in confusion. How can it be $100.00 stinkin dollars to (excuse my language) pee in a cup and drop a stick in it to tell if you have a bladder infection. Seriously, tell me where to buy the stick, we have cups at the house... I can handle it. Please readers dont be scared to dine at our home...we dont pee in our cups.
Ok for those of you who read and I loosely say enjoyed the Meek's Family Blog, goodnite and good bloggin'...that is Texan for Blogging!

It's About Time...

I have officially decided to enter the world of "bloggers." I don't think my life is particularly interesting, or that anyone will want to read what I have to see, but with all of those wonderful blogs out there I was beginning to feel a little left out. For those first time readers who are merely reading out of love and support for me, a blog is an online journal. I will enlighten you on my thoughts and opinions of many of the worlds big questions, such as, why Donald Duck wears no pants, yet puts on a towel when he gets out of the shower. Oh ya, and world hunger and peace and my pregnancy, which has now made its way into 4 1/ months without killing me.
I read a friends blog today, a friend who is also expecting their first child. The husband was sharing his fears of raising a child, you know the whole responsibility of it all. Now what began to concern me was that he is the man, it is ok for him to loose his cool every now and then, and to "not be so nice", to use some of his own words. BUT what do you do when you are the mom. You see Brad has the most sweet wonderful nurturing wife of them all, and she will always be sweet...no matter what... I on the other hand, well, I am a little worried about myself! I am supposed to teach this little girl about patience when I, in fact, have NONE! Oh what was God thinking, giving me a little life to mold! Well, so this is it. My first blog entry! I hope I can come up with many things to say and not bore anyone to terribly, if I do...you can always click off! Thanks for viewing, enjoy the ride!
